1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Momenta application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Momenta is a service providing audio guides for cities across Russia. The Service allows users to:

• Browse attractions and points of interest in 100+ Russian cities
• Create routes using various methods (by preferences, by location, manually)
• Listen to audio guides with detailed narration for routes and attractions
• Access attraction information, maps, and route planning

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using one of the available methods: email, Telegram, or VKontakte. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

6.1. Service Content

All materials in the Service — texts, audio recordings, images, design, and software code — are protected by intellectual property laws of the Russian Federation.

4.2. User License

Using the Service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or transmit content to third parties
• Use automated tools to download or scrape content
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others

4.4. AI-Generated Content

Some content is generated using artificial intelligence. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee absolute correctness of all facts, dates, and historical details. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it

6. Location Services

The Service may request access to your device's location to provide location-based features (nearby attractions, route optimization). Location access is optional — the Service functions without it, though some features will be limited. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.

7. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes provided by our partners grant access to specific content for a limited period as described at the time of activation. Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Service Termination

9.1. By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9.2. By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9.3. Service Discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken based on information from the Service
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions due to internet connectivity or device issues
• Third-party services linked from the Service

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first (response time: 10 business days from receipt of claim). If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Service operator.
