This Privacy Policy describes how Momenta ("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and website (momenta.place). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (if registering via email)
• Telegram user ID and display name (if registering via Telegram)
• VKontakte user ID and display name (if registering via VK)

2.2. Location Data

With your explicit permission, we collect your device's geographic location to:

• Show attractions and points of interest near you ("Near Me" feature)
• Build and optimize walking and driving routes
• Provide relevant content based on your current city or region

Location data is collected only while the app is in use and only when you have granted location permission. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings. The Service remains functional without location access — you can manually select a city and browse attractions.

2.3. Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Pages and attractions viewed
• Routes created and completed
• Audio guide playback events (start, pause, completion)
• Device type, operating system, and browser version
• App interaction data (taps, navigation patterns)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Show relevant attractions and routes based on your location
• Improve content quality and user experience
• Generate anonymized analytics (popular routes, most viewed attractions)
• Send transactional notifications (event reminders, important updates)
• Respond to your support requests

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic, ElevenLabs) to generate text descriptions and audio narration for attractions and routes. Your personal data is not sent to AI providers. Only attraction names, addresses, and geographic data (which is publicly available information) are used for content generation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Telegram / VKontakte — only during authentication, limited to user ID and display name
• Hosting providers — for storing and serving the application
• Law enforcement — only when required by Russian Federation law

Partner companies (car rental agencies, hotels) who refer you to the Service via promotional codes receive only anonymized, aggregated statistics (total number of activations, popular routes). They do not receive your personal data.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access, and regular security reviews.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

Location data is not stored permanently — it is used in real-time to provide the Service and is not retained after your session ends.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.

When you delete your account, we immediately:

• Remove your email address, Telegram ID, VKontakte ID, and username
• Mark your account as deleted and prevent any further login
• Disassociate your identity from all activity data

Anonymized, non-identifiable records (such as aggregated route popularity statistics and visit counts) may be retained for analytics purposes. These records cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.

If you wish to request complete erasure of all data including anonymized records, please contact us at the email address below. We will process such requests within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Revoke location permissions at any time through device settings
• Withdraw consent for data processing
